The likelihood of winning a Fans Chance prize draw depends on the total number of valid entries received for that particular draw and the number of valid entries held by each Participant.

Each individual valid entry has an equal chance of being selected, regardless of whether it was obtained through the paid entry route or the free postal entry route. Holding more valid entries gives a Participant more individual opportunities within the draw, but does not guarantee that they will win.

Fans Chance prize draws may remain open for different periods and feature prizes of different types and monetary values. The level of interest in each prize can also vary depending on factors such as the sport, experience, campaign partner and audience. As a result, the total number of entries received — and therefore the likelihood of winning — will differ from one draw to another.

Because the final number of valid entries is not known until a draw has closed, we cannot provide exact odds of winning in advance.

Each prize-draw page will clearly state:

• the number of prizes available
• the number of winners who will be selected
• the opening and closing dates
• any maximum number of entries available, where applicable

Where appropriate, Fans Chance may also publish entry data from previous comparable prize draws to give Participants additional context about the number of entries those draws received.

Fans Chance will award the advertised prize regardless of whether the total number of entries received is higher or lower than anticipated. We will not reduce the value of the prize, cancel the draw or extend its closing date because of low entry numbers.
